The Assembly Room
The cork-lined Assembly Room is an intimate space with warm tones and exposed brick walls. When you book the Assembly Room, you will have easy access to a screen projector, various styles of seating, and our customized gather menus. We recommend arranging the room in a classroom style, seating up to 50 guests, or a conference style, which seats up to 35 guests.
The Warehouse
The Warehouse is an inspiring space with ceiling high windows and large mirrors. We recommend this event space for a full day of collaborating, having half the space as your work zone and items from our gather menus taking up the other half. Those tables could be filled with our casual lunch buffet or our break time snacks. In a classroom style setting, the Warehouse can accommodate up to 90 guests.
The Baker’s Table
The Baker’s Table has been slightly renovated and is now an exclusive event space at Cork Factory Hotel. We have added additional seating so you can now comfortably host up to 40 guests in this room. This space sparks creativity and team building around our large community table, in fact, this is often where our team building sessions are held! With lots of extra table space, you can spread out and enjoy break time snacks from our gather menu.
The Ballroom
Our Ballroom is most known for couples celebrating their forever, but with the exposed brick and hanging chandeliers it makes the space adaptable to any gathering. When combined with the adjoining Terrace and Parlor, the space is perfect for companies that are looking to have breakout sessions, host lunch for their staff, and present the latest project. Don’t forget to add some sweet treats to end your meeting!
